Overview

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. 
 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. 
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. 

 

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. If you need assistance with cancelling your subscription, contact us via our chat box or email at info@naturalorganicmatters.ca

2. Pre-Orders

For select products, we may offer the option to place a pre-order. This allows you to reserve items before they are officially released or restocked.

 

When you place a pre-order, payment is processed at the time of the order to secure the item. Estimated delivery dates will be provided but are subject to change. We will notify you of any significant changes to the delivery schedule.

 

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before the item ships. Once the item has shipped, our standard return policy applies. To cancel a pre-order, please visit your order confirmation email or contact our support team at info@naturalorganicmatters.ca.

3. Try Before You Buy

Our try-before-you-buy option allows you to experience select skincare products in smaller sample sizes before committing to a full-size purchase.

 

When you choose this option, you’ll receive a trial-size version of the product. The cost of the trial will be deducted from the full-size product if you decide to proceed with the purchase.

 

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened skincare products. If you experience any issues or sensitivities during the trial, please contact us at info@naturalorganicmatters.ca for assistance.

 

If you decide to purchase the full-size product, no further action is required, and the remaining balance will be processed automatically.
